**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- As part of your employment, you shall be responsible for managing and overseeing the Company’s investment portfolios.
- Your specific job duties and responsibilities for the Company includes, but is not limited to, the following:

- (a) provide insights and direction for investment opportunities and overall assets allocation and portfolio diversification;
- (b) establish clear, effective and well-organised investment processes that are focused on ethical standards and appropriate internal controls;
- (c) formulate investment recommendations based on own research and analysis and from recommendations of the Company’s investment analysts;
- (d) perform regular administration duties of all investment files;
- (e) organise regular investment reports and reviews, including quantitative and qualitative portfolio studies;
- (f) attend annual meeting, review quarterly financial statements and keep current with important valuation or policy changes;
- (g) manage and uphold relationships with financial institutions and business associates;
- (h) develop and manage the Company’s investment team to handle the investment related works of the Company;
- (i) provide expert knowledge of all investment and financial activities of the Company and manage project portfolios; and
- (j) perform and deliver financial, commercial, risk, tax and legal due diligences on the projects and recommend appropriate course of action.

**Qualifications**

Degree in Finance

Prior work experience in investment and finance
