**Main Responsibilities**:
- Provide secretarial duties and coordinate meetings and arrangements.
- Responsible to handle superior’s schedule arrangement, travel booking, paperwork approval, and etc.
- Responsible to liaise and communicate with all company internal and external personnel and handle important guest reception duties.
- Responsible to manage notification, recording, sorting and tracing of superior’s meetings and other important company meetings.
- Scheduling internal and external meetings.
- Coordination of guests visits and events.
- Other Ad-hoc duties assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
- Min 2 years of relevant experience and Diploma certificate.
- Wants to learn in the Interior Design trade. Service and Results-oriented with a positive working attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Good at coordinating, follow-ups and planning.
