Enrolment Sales Consultant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop sales strategies to promote the center's enrichment programs and services to increase revenue and customer base. This may involve collaborating with other team members to create marketing materials, attending trade shows or conferences, and conducting outreach efforts to potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with the center’s services and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Set, analyse and achieve sales targets to guide sales performance in the organisation, evaluate and monitor productivity against business objectives, as well as identify factors that affect sales operations in stores. Develop recommendations for improvement.
- Regularly report on sales performance, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement. This may involve tracking sales data, maintaining the sales pipeline, analyzing market trends, and monitoring competitor activity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the center.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Diploma and above in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-year proven track record in sales, preferably in the education field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
