Supply Chain Consultant

Working with technologies such as OMP, Anaplan, and our own SaaS solutions Binocs, you will guide clients through their end-to-end planning transformation journey.

In this role, you will support the analysis of current planning processes, helping identify challenges and opportunities for improvement. You'll assist in preparing client workshops, contributing to capturing needs and translating insights into clear planning concepts and future-state designs.

Working together with clients, colleagues, and technology partners, you will help co-create new ways of working and play an active role in the implementation of advanced planning systems (APS) - building supply chain models, supporting configuration, testing, and go-live activities. Throughout each project, you'll help keep stakeholders aligned, monitor progress within your scope, and contribute to a smooth, structured transition to the future planning state. Side-by-side with our customer, you'll help bring planning transformation to life and deliver meaningful impact.

• You have 2–4+ years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, analytics, software implementation, or a related field, ideally in consulting or a project-based environment.

• You have an affinity for supply chain technologies and sa trong interest or experience in OMP, Anaplan, Kinaxis or SAP S/4HANA.

• You are passionate about supply chain planning and stay curious about new ways of working, APS innovations, and planning best practices.

• You combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear, impactful communication.

• You can structure and prioritize your work, remain resilient in dynamic environments, and keep stakeholders aligned.

• You enjoy collaborating with others and are eager to learn and grow.

• You hold a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management & Operations, (Business) Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

• You are fluent in English; other languages - especially Japanese - are a strong plus .

• You are willing to regularly travel within APAC region but also globally and to work in a hybrid working model.
