**Roels & Responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end supply chain consulting projects for Retail Customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and executive presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Design and implement supply chain strategies to improve cost efficiency, service levels, and sustainability.
- Develop operating models for sourcing, distribution, warehousing, and logistics tailored to industry and client needs.
- Lead transformation programs including digital supply chain, S&OP, and automation.
- Lead initiatives to implement innovative retail technologites, design programs for future ready stores, to enhance store experience and operational efficiency
- Assess and improve in-store logistics processes such as replenishment cycles, inventory accuracy, and planogram execution.
- Develop models for store stock optimization, space utilization, and backroom efficiency.
- Implement best practices for retail workforce planning and operations standardization.
- Design integrated fulfillment strategies across brick-and-mortar stores, e-commerce, dark stores, and 3PLs.
- Support implementation of click-and-collect, ship-from-store, and centralized return hubs.
- Align inventory placement and order routing logic across channels for optimal performance.
- Drive selection and deployment of supply chain systems such as SAP (IBP, Retail), Oracle SCM, Blue Yonder, or Manhattan.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of inventory, sales, forecast accuracy, and fulfillment KPIs.
- Identify root causes of inefficiencies and develop dashboards for real-time performance monitoring.
- Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights and benchmarking.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants and analysts.
- Contribute to thought leadership, methodologies, and case studies for the firm’s knowledge base.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory developments in supply chain and logistics.
