This position provides administrative support to the Group Human Capital’s Business Partnering team for Singapore.

**Talent Acquisition**
- Support end-to-end hiring activities from Manpower Requisition to onboarding administration.
- Support timely review of all probations, contract renewals, transfer, part-time and retirement cases.
- Prepare letters on dual employment, secondment, income abroad, notional tax computations.
- Assist with offboarding matters such as exit clearance and exit interviews.

**Orientation and induction program**
- Organise and facilitate periodic Corporate Office orientation, including coordination of plant tour and update of orientation deck as required.

**GHC policies, handbook and procedures**
- Assist in establishing and updating Group Human Capital policies, handbooks, and procedures.
- Craft Corporate Office announcements and updates, including for periodic newsletters.

**HRIS**
- Maintain employee data in ProSoft, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and various in-house platforms.

**Employee welfare and events**
- Plan and organize employee activities for overall health and well-being.
- Support and implement Group-wide events on Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability

**Others**
- Assist in Workplace Safety & Health, Data Protection, Crisis Management and related matters.
- Participate in new initiatives / projects that the department undertakes.
