Role Overview

As a Web3 Accounting & Finance Specialist, you'll support a portfolio of web3 clients across DAO, DeFi, and infrastructure verticals. You'll handle crypto and fiat bookkeeping, manage treasury ops, assist with reporting, and help maintain financial compliance across jurisdictions.

You’ll work closely with clients, founders, and internal team members to deliver high-quality, crypto-native financial services.

We’re looking for a hands-on Web3 Accounting & Finance Specialist to join our lean team and help manage day-to-day financial workflows across multiple clients. This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, understands the nuances of digital assets, and thrives in a service-oriented environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accounting & Bookkeeping (Crypto + Fiat)
- Maintain accurate on-chain and off-chain records for client wallets, multisigs, exchange accounts
- Tag, categorize, and reconcile crypto transactions using tools
- Prepare monthly financial reports and dashboards for clients for FP&A purposes
- Monitor runway, capital allocation, and wallet balances across fiat and digital assets
- Assist in preparing audit-ready financial statements and documentation
- Client Collaboration
- Serve as a point-of-contact for finance-related client queries
- Join client calls to present updates, flag issues, and provide strategic input when neededSupport onboarding of new clients and set up of initial financial infrastructure

**Requirements**:

- 4-6 years in finance/accounting roles
- Strong working knowledge of crypto bookkeeping tools and typical accounting platforms (i.e. Xero)
- Excellent attention to detail and a client-first mindsetBonus: understanding of on-chain transactions

✨ Nice to Have
- Prior experience working at a crypto accounting firm, Web3 ops agency, or DAO service provider
- Prior experience working in FinOps function of a web3 firm
- CPA, CA, or equivalent accounting certification
- Familiarity with international reporting standards and compliance requirements in cryptoComfort juggling multiple clients and shifting priorities
