Manager / Senior Manager, Grant Audit Management

You will review audit activities on grants in alignment with SSG’s compliance framework, provide advice and propose follow-up actions for cases and audit findings to SSG divisions.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Manage grant audit implementation and activities by service providers
- Develop and review grant audit frameworks and strategies
- Review audit findings and reports on training partners to ensure compliance to the funding terms and conditions
- Perform analysis of claims and multiple data sources.
- Handle appeals from training providers and grant applicants
- Prompt and timely response to follow up and complete cases
- Prepare data and statistics for updates and reporting, ensure proper update of audit cases and status tracking database
- Handle grant recovery matters
- Files/documents/database housekeeping, migration and format review
- Provide support in projects and other work items that may be assigned from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualification
- Up to 3 years of relevant work experience in audit for Manager; 3 to 7 years for Senior Manager
- Effective team player with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to engage service providers, external auditors and other stakeholders. Driven, meticulous, able to multi-task, work independently and complete tasks end-to-end
- Good analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (such as formula functions, pivot tables).
- Prior experience in data analysis and sense making of data from systems is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of financial/accounting principles, Penal Code and Criminal Procedure Code is an advantage
