**Roles & Responsibilities**
This role shall provide secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management. Main duties will cover:
- Managing calendar appointments and scheduling meetings
- Liaison with external parties
- Making travel/hotel/visa arrangements
- Processing expense reimbursements, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of expense reimbursement requests and claims
- Coordinating meetings and booking of meeting rooms, venues and conference call facilities
- Assisting in general administrative duties and work of other teams to ensure smooth operation
- Maintaining and handling confidential information
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant/ Secretarial capacity to Senior Management
- Preferably with Private Secretarial Diploma or tertiary education.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong multicultural orientation and can-do mindset
- Able to multi-task and work independently with strong initiative
- Well organized with a keen eye for details, highly meticulous and committed to delivering high quality work
- Adaptable and accustomed to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and mindset
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and familiar with virtual meeting platforms
