**Job Description**:
TIG is a leading educational organization that specializes in providing high-quality China study abroad programs. Our mission is to empower students to achieve their academic and personal goals through immersive cultural experiences.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Partnership Development:* Identify, develop, and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, organizations, and businesses to promote TIG's China study abroad programs.
- *Student Recruitment:* Recruit students for TIG's China study abroad workshops through partnerships, networking, and outreach efforts.
- *Program Promotion:* Promote TIG's China study abroad programs to potential partners and students, highlighting the benefits and value of our programs.
- *Relationship Building:* Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring that they are satisfied with TIG's services and programs.
- *Collaboration:* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and program development, to ensure alignment and effective promotion of TIG's programs.

*Requirements:*
- *Experience:* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field.
- *Education:* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, education, or international relations.
- *Skills:*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

*Preferred Qualifications:*
- *Knowledge of the education industry:* Familiarity with the education sector, particularly in international education and study abroad programs.
- *Experience with China-related programs:* Experience working with China-related programs or partnerships would be an advantage.
- *Language skills:* Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese would be beneficial.
