Lead a team of Network Coordinators responsible for the lifecycle of our associate network relationships to ensure an appropriate, qualified, and effectively managed provider network across APAC region.

About the role:
Your new role will see you lead a team of Coordinators and be responsible for the lifecycle of our affiliate network, building a strong relationship with the clinicians to ensure an appropriate, qualified, and effectively managed provider network across APAC regions.

In addition, this position will assist the Senior Manager, Vendor Management with the day to day running of the team and will be responsible for motivation including coaching, mentoring, providing feedback, support and guidance in order to meet the team’s KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent channels of communication amongst team members and management- Support and develop the performance of the Network Team for the region, including day-to-day people management responsibilities such as training, and performance evaluations.- Handling provider escalations.- Work closely with all areas of the business to identify and define current and future provider capability and capacity need and maintain a rolling network development plan to ensure the provider network keeps pace with revenue and service development- Develop and support consistent and centralised affiliate network management process- Coordinate a schedule for the renewal of contracts & re-credentialing on an annual basis

About you:
- Experience leading/managing teams.- Strong communication skills- Proven track record of driving results and achieving goals- Solution focused with ability to make decisions on a timely manner.- Ability to work on a fast-paced environment.- Experience in a clinical/health environment is highly desirable.
