Who we are looking forSales and Business Development Leader for the Asia and Asia-Pacific territory, to spearhead all sales and BD activities in the region with a focus on large strategic commercial and defense customers. Additionally, you will need to initiate, lead, and close large turnkey projects that involve communications infrastructure in target countries.
We appreciate CVs with extensive experience in business development and sales on Satcom/Telecom /Mobile industry

What you will do- Lead and manage the day-to-day regional sales team organization and local offices in the region
- Instill sales strategies, tools, and disciplines to execute sales effectively
- Drive new business growth by generating leads and fostering relationships with existing and prospective customers and partners.
- Provide consistent and reliable updates to Division management on market developments, customer targets, pipelines, and regional sales forecasts.
- Oversee sales processes, funnel management, and negotiation of commercial agreements.
