Operations Executive

Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,
- Coordinate and manage logistics, including supply chain and inventory management.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor key performace indicators (KPIs) and assist in analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and resource allocation.
- Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations for management review.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for operational activities.
- Perform other duities as assigned by the Operations Manager.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an operations or administrative role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and operational management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to details and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
