- Working Location: Jurong Island (Company Transportation Provided, Islandwide)
- Working Hours: 5 days (M-F, 8 AM-5 PM); OT on alternate Saturday
- Salary Package**:Basic Salary + Allowances + Incentive + AWS + Variable Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent Role

**Key Responsibilities**
- Strong in operations and customer service-related industry
- Handling day-to-day operations independently
- Data creation and entries
- Daily interactions with customers and vendors on shipment status
- Arrange Import/Export documentation & provide daily customer support
- Interact with cross-functional departments to ensure compliance, and facilitate customs clearance and deliveries to customers
- Ensure that all commercial documents in connection with the orders are in place and compliant with shipping practices
- Manage HS code classification, product review against regulatory/trade requirements
- Provide direct operational support for internal and external customer requests related to imports and exports of commodities
- Management of Customs record-keeping requirements where applicable, analyze and determine duty opportunities, draft responses to Customs inquiries
- Other duties as assigned

- GCE 'A' level and/or Diploma in a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Third-party logistics (3PL), Freight Forwarding, or Logistics industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of ocean freight shipment documentation & processes (MSDS, DGD, B/L) and legislation (DOT CFR 49, IMDG, FMC, INCOTERMS)
- Customer-centric with the ability to work well in a team and independently
- Experience in inventory management and strong administrative skills
- Familiarity with SAP order processing and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with or possess a strong knowledge of Zero-GST warehouse process
