**Job Position Summary**

To assist in daily operation of corporate accounting, AR/AP, monitoring, and arranging inter-company fund transfer and preparation of whole set accounts. Monthly reporting to HK office.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Account payables and receivables
- Monitoring and preparation of daily cash flow report
- Managing urgent payments
- MIS reports to Head Office
- Assist in all group Audits.
- Co-ordinate inter-company fund transfer to meet fund usage purpose.
- Scrutiny of ledger balances
- Monitoring Compliances
- Reconciliation Bank Books withing deadlines
- Ad hoc assignment in supporting of finance & accounts department.
- GST reporting
- Handling Petty Cash payments.

**Relationship**:
INTERNAL:

- Communicate with various Fleet Offices and departments
- Hong Kong finance team on inter-company transactions

EXTERNAL:

- Bankers - handling bank accounts status and fund receipts matters
- Auditors - assist in providing supporting and audit schedules to auditors in year-end audit
- Vendors - handling daily transactions with vendors

**Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications**
- With solid accounting knowledge and experience in AP/AR, minimum 3 years of working experience
- Graduate or Higher diploma in Accountancy/ business or equivalent background
