**Job Position Summary**

To assist in daily operation of corporate accounting, AR/AP, monitoring, and arranging inter-company fund transfer and preparation of whole set accounts. Monthly reporting to HK office.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handling of Vessel Accounting
- Knowledge of Portage Bill Accounting
- Raising Fund Requests to owners and monitoring receipts
- Preparing the full set of vessel reports with supporting
- Co-ordinate with other functions to complete the reports in time.
- Scrutiny of vessel reports and reply to any queries from Vessel Owners
- Help in Reconciliation of inter-company vessels balances
- Ad hoc assignment in supporting of finance & accounts department
- Provide MIS data related to Vessel reports to immediate supervisor/ head office
- Assist in SOX audits

**Relationship**:

- **INTERNAL**:_
- Communicate with various Fleet Offices and departments
- Hong Kong finance team on inter-company transactions
- **EXTERNAL**:_
- Auditors - assist in providing supporting and audit schedules to auditors in year-end audit
- Communicate with Accounts Team at Vessel Owner’s office

**Job Experience, Functional Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years experience with solid accounting knowledge on Vessel Reports handling independently
- Graduate or Higher diploma in Accountancy/ business or equivalent background

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
