**ABOUT THE POSITION**

The Corporate Strategy Manager will report to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to deliver strategic, tactical and operational projects. Depending on industry focus and the Group’s needs, the Corporate Strategy Manager’s role may shift.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO
**1 Project management to support CEO and CLO
I **nvestment**:

- Management of external investor relations and future investment into the Group.

Drafting of presentations, business plans and financial models to support investment activities.

**Legal**:

- Risk Management: due diligence and internal document management process and authority protocols to safeguard Group assets;
- Compliance: product certification and quality control process and internal employee compliance training.
- Corporate: coordination of corporate secretarial matters and related governance processes for the Group and the Bluewave Foundation.

**2 Internal and external community Initiatives
- Development of community between the Group companies and external stakeholders e.g. informal networking groups and knowledge sharing and thought leadership events;
- Initiation of internal sustainability practices in day to day operations of Group companies e.g. recycling and energy usage protocols.

**3 Day to day operation management**
- Preparation of presentations for external and internal stakeholders as required by the Leadership team;
- Coordination of meetings and materials to create focus, set accountability, and provide updates for strategic projects undertaken by the Leadership team;
- Assistance with agenda planning, meeting preparation and travel arrangements;
- Preparation of daily news sheets on sector developments for CEO and Leadership team.

**CORPORATE STRATEGY MANAGER TO THE CLO ATTRIBUTES

- You have a curious mindset and by your nature you will be on top of developments in our industry - materials development, the governmental treatment of plastic waste, market circumstances to name a few topics.
- You are not afraid to ask the simple questions nor the difficult ones.
- You have attention to detail and can zoom out to see the bigger picture.
- You understand the difference between nice to know and need to know when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and other tools designed to improve and streamline process (e.g., SharePoint, Lucid Charts) or are willing to invest time to learn.
- You have a legal background, MBA and a minimum of five year’s work experience.
