[What the role is]

An integral part of a dynamic team handling Muis’ Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programme.

[What you will be working on]

1. Support the oversight of Muis’ Internal Audit and ERM framework, methodologies, policies, processes, and activities.

2. Drive the implementation and maintenance of the ERM framework.

3. Support risk identification at the strategic level to align with Muis’ mission and long-term priorities

4. Facilitate risk assessment with other departments within Muis Group to identify and assess potential risks, establish the risk register, review, and develop appropriate risk mitigation actions.

5. Engage other departments within Muis Group to monitor and report Key Risk Indicators

6. Implement risk reporting dashboards via tools such as Tableau.

7. Review Past Incidents / Audit Findings and propose update to risk register

8. Perform secretariat support for Muis’ Senior Management level risk discussions and the Audit and Risk Committee

9. Promote a strong risk culture throughout Muis by:

- Conducting and delivering risk management related training and events
- Providing risk advisory on projects and initiatives
- Disseminating and sharing best practices on risk management

[What we are looking for]
- Have a background in Audit /Finance /Business Integrity Investigation /Risk Management, preferably with 5 or more years of relevant working experience
- Relevant certifications in risk management (e.g., CERM, CPRM, RIMS) will be advantageous.
- Good working knowledge on Enterprise Risk Management, Governance, and Internal Controls.
- Experience in Tableau, Python / SQL is preferred but not mandated.
- An independent, resourceful, and innovative team player
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a broad and balanced sense of perspective
- Active listening, effective communication, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders
- Meticulous and an eye for detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
