As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Risk Management Manager to join their dynamic team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop initiatives in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and related areas (like Control Self-Assessment and Key Risk Indicators) to enhance risk management capabilities and foster a risk-aware culture across business units.
- Conduct periodic assessments and reviews of risks and controls with internal stakeholders.
- Design and deliver necessary training sessions.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of compliance programs.
- Generate regular reports and offer independent assurance to Management and Board Risk Committees.
- Periodically assess the effectiveness of ERM implementation and compliance across business units.
**Key Requirements**:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in accounting, finance, or real estate is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin. (Proficiency in Mandarin required to address queries from Mandarin-speaking associates regarding business matters).
- Exceptional communication and workshop facilitation abilities.
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to embrace new challenges.
