BVLGARI is looking for an energetic and highly driven **Finance & Administration Manager, South Asia Pacific** to join our dynamic team here in Singapore.

**Job Purpose**

Your role will provide Direction and Management of Company’s financial strategy in line with LVMH Guidelines on key initiatives to support Senior F&A Manager in overall South Asia Pacific strategic goals. You will oversee the direction of financial control & administrative, financial, fiscal and risk management operations, as well as consolidation insight and analysis results.

**About the JOB**

In this role your duties will include:
1. **Accounting and Monthly Closing Activities**
- Oversee Shared Resources in the management of Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Inter-Company Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation.
- Sales Commission calculation.
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register.
- SYRUS reporting and controlling/ analysis report on Monthly performance to Corporate; including Budget/Revision1 and Revision2 cycles.

2. **Statutory Audit Related Activities**
- Tracking Audit Schedules and confirmations
- Management of Auditors’ requests/ queries & Audited Accounts finalization.

3. **Tax Related Activities**
- GST, With-holding tax and Corporate Tax reporting and filing.
- Transfer Pricing documentation.
- Dividends management and repatriation

4. **Credit Control for Business Partners**
- Liaise with Corporate Risk on credit terms/Limit for account.
- Review Retailer’s ageing as well as Managing credit block/release.
- GST, With-holding tax, Corporate Tax reporting and filing.

5. **Administration**
- Company Secretarial related activities - board resolution, filings/submissions in compliance with Company Act.
- Liaise with Legal on lease agreement terms and conditions.
- Review contracts with business vendors/partners and liaise with Legal where applicable.
- Liaise on Leases, Office related matters (Example: rental, landlord negotiation, office space, administration)

Profile

**About YOU**:
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance or chartered Accountant equivalent.
- At least 7 - 8 years of relevant experience in retail, with exposure to retail
- Fluent in English with good communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and attention to details.
- A team player with positive energy and influence, excels at managing multiple stakeholders within tight timelines.
