BVLGARI is looking for an energetic and highly driven **Regional Business Controller, South Asia Pacific** to join our dynamic team here in Singapore.

**Job Purpose**:
This role will be a key member of the South Asia Pacific regional team, working closely with the CFO South Asia Pacific, Country Managers (CMD)/Sales Area Managers and HQ Finance Team. This include managing all Financial and Administration topics related to the Jewelry, Watches and Accessories Division in South Asia Pacific (main point of contact for reporting, budgeting, business analysis, credit/internal control).

**About the JOB**

In this role your duties will include:

- Sales reporting and analysis: daily, weekly sales reports, monitor performance of sales highlighting areas of development/concerns for the various sales channels/categories.
- Support monthly closing with F&A - including intercompany stocks/ inventory movements for closure.
- Company performance: monthly P&L reporting to Regional MD and CMDs highlighting main variations vs Budget and previous year to ensure the achievement of budget target.
- Prepare the sales budget/ revisions with CMDs/ASM, coordinate the budget/revision process with the various departments to ensure timely submission to Corporate.
- New projects: analysis and recommendations to support business model evolution in the different countries, preparation of ad hoc reports and presentations requested by CMD.
- Advertising and Promotion: review the monthly Support Budget commitment file from the Country/Marketing managers to ensure that the data is aligned with the monthly budget/revision figures.
- Procurement: monitor the compliance with the company’s purchase procedures, audit invoices vs supplier contracted rates, support legal department in contract management, manage contract renewals with expiration notifications and terminations.
- Administration: liaise with legal on distributor agreement terms and conditions, review contracts with business vendors/partners and liaise with legal where applicable. Others: liaise with IT and support activities for new projects (SAP/POS), cooperate with IT and Corporate to implement new functionalities.

- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance.
- Previous experience in a Business Controller role (5 - 7 years) or equivalent experience required.
- Fluent in English with good communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and attention to details.
- A team player with positive energy and influence, excels at managing multiple stakeholders within tight timelines.
