We are actively seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst with expertise in logistics and a strong background in SAP to join our growing team. As a crucial member of our Supply Chain Transformation team, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and implementing system solutions with a specific focus on logistics processes.

**THE PERSON**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Analyze and optimize existing logistics processes using SAP functionalities.
- Implement SAP solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and visibility within the supply chain.
- Collaborate with IT team to implement custom developments and ensure seamless system integration.
- Lead and participate in logistics and supply chain-related projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:

- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules relevant to logistics, such as EWM, Procurement, MM and SD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations is a plus.
- Understanding of ABAP coding is a plus.
- Experience working in databases like SQL Server or Oracle. Familiar with Database design, stored procedures, performance tuning etc.

**ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
