Overview
We are seeking a talented and driven
Business Analyst
to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery for our digital banking platform in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Responsibilities
Elicit, analyse, specify and validate the business needs of stakeholders, transforming them into detailed user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria
Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for new features and changes on the digital banking platform
Collaborate closely with product owners, developers and architects to ensure technical solutions fully meet business requirements
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the End-to-End (E2E) testing process for digital banking applications
Execute functional, regression, integration and sanity testing in a fast-paced Agile environment
Identify, document, track and manage defects meticulously using JIRA or a similar bug-tracking tool, working with developers to ensure timely resolution
Utilize tools like Squash for test management to ensure traceability and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a combined Business Analyst and Test Engineer role, preferably in banking or financial services
