**Responsibilities**:
**1. **Support Sales and Account Management**:
- Support the sales team in identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities with key clients and prospects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team to optimize sales processes, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth.
- Support in entry into new markets of ANZ and/or Europe
**2. **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate closely with technology, product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment of business development initiatives with company objectives.
- Provide insights and feedback to internal stakeholders to drive product innovation, improve service offerings, and enhance customer experience.
- Act as a champion for Aprisium's values and culture, fostering teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
**3. **Project Planning and Management**:
- Develop and oversee project plans for contaminant monitoring projects, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives and deadlines.
**4. **Stakeholder Management**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between clients, project teams, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with relevant standards and requirements.
- Address client concerns and requests promptly to maintain strong relationships and customer satisfaction.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers to drive business growth.
**5. **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their monitoring needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on project status, data analysis, and recommendations for action.
- Identify opportunities for additional monitoring services or expansion of existing projects based on client feedback and evolving needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science with expertise in innovation projects or related functions.
- Proven track record of success in Customer success, project sales, value-based selling, business development, sales, or partnerships, in the environmental monitoring and/or related industry.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations, market dynamics, and technology trends affecting the environmental monitoring sector.
- Experience in the water, wastewater, and environmental industry is essential.
- Experience in the ANZ and/or Europe water industry is essential.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex problems, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.
