
Customer Service Executive

$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible to provide excellent customer service for smooth freight forwarding operations (mainly sea & air shipments)
- To handle and prepare shipping documentations (e.g. Bill of Ladings, Sea waybill, Air waybill etc.) and shipment-related operations.
- To manage customers’ shipments in all areas, including but not limited to the following:
- Update customers on shipment status and addressing customers’ enquiries on shipment movement and arrangement.
- Liaise with customers to obtain necessary information for shipping documentation generation.
- Enter shipment data in freight management software system (Sysfreight), and open/close job files with all information in place.
- To coordinate closely with other vendors/shipping lines/overseas forwarding agents to ensure smooth arrival and delivery of customers’ shipments.
- To work closely and support the Customer Service Manager on customer service-related activities.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
