As a Human Resource Manager, you will oversee the planning and implementation of all HR functions for the Company, including payroll processing.

You will be responsible for inculcating a conducive work environment where employees thrive in a happy and productive workplace to realize our Company’s mission and business plans.

You will work closely with the Senior Management to promote our corporate values and shape a positive culture in the Company.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Develop, review and implement manpower policies and guidelines to attract, recruit, manage and retain talent
- Work closely with the Senior Management in planning for manpower needs in line with strategic business direction
- Oversee the management and delivery of all HR functions: Recruitment and On-boarding
- Payroll processing
- Talent development through appropriate learning and development management, assignment planning and career progression planning
- Manage performance management including performance-linked rewards and incentives
- Drive organizational employees' engagement initiatives and surveys to attain and sustain healthy scores
- Manage all employee relations, staff and community communication, including staff feedback, grievance and disputes and exit management
- Foster a positive organizational culture

**Requirements**:

- Preferably 10 years of relevant working experience with at least 2-3 years in people management. Position will commensurate with experience
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, labour regulations and HR practices
- Mature, independent, meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Pro-active, good inter-personal skills with the ability to work in a team, contributing to a positive company culture
- Able to exercise sound judgment, evaluate and recommend changes to existing processes and procedures for improved productivity
