Role: Customer Service Officer

This is a 12 months contract role assigned to our client

Work Location: Suntec

Salary Range : $2,500-$2,700

Working Hours

1. Open to shift work (24 hours) and weekend work

2. 44 hours per week

3. 5.5 days work week

4. Requirement: 1-2 years of call center/customer service experience

**Job Description**:
1. lst level helpdesk to respond to calls

2. Provide first call resolution to users who called into our hotline which is public facing, advising on issues

3. Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely

manner.

4. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.

5. Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact

6. Perform outbound calls to users who leave callback

8. Handle responses via the Chatbot

9. Agent would need to be able to take stress of answering calls from members of public

10. Minimum O Level
