**CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (ENGLISH & JAPANESE SPEAKING)
The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for servicing inbound member calls from our exclusive Marriott Vacations Club Member base. This position will complete reservations and encourage member retention through value-added delivery.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle in-bound calls within corporate service levels
- Assist customers in vacation planning and worldwide hotels reservations
- Answering customer enquiries and resolving customer care issues
- Optimize booking opportunities and promoting member retention and loyalty
- Works cross functionally with other departments to ensure business needs are addressed and member satisfaction achieved
**Job Requirements**:
- 1 year of working experience in the related field is preferred
- Customer service oriented
- Good Communication Skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette, good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with travel related reservation system will be an advantage
- Ability to multi-task and work independently with mínimal supervision
- Required language(s): This role is expected to communicate to English or Japanese speaking guests. Knowledge of English/Japanese dialect is essential
