**Working hrs: 42hrs/ week** **Rotated 8am-9pm, 5days work week including weekends and PH** **Working location: Bendemeer** b. Make outbound calls to customers/ patients to finalize and close enquiries including proposal appropriate services and specialist c. Make accurate data entry to the CRM and maintain proper document records and be well-organized at all times d. Co-ordinate with other teams, such as IPS, EHS, Marketing on follow up/escalated cases/admin matters e. To provide administrative support in checking of medical reports and report compilation f. To handle and direct calls/faxes to the department/patient room g. To assist in contacting doctors upon request h. Handling of emergency code situation i. Any other duties assigned by the supervisor **Key accountabilities**: b. Preferably GCE "A" level or equivalent, and higher educational qualifications. b. Preferably with > 2 years of customer service/call centre/nursing experience c. Experience in answering enquiries relating to LOG/pre-authorisation for inpatient admissions will be an advantage d. Relevant working experience in healthcare industry is a plus e. Bilingual and knowledge of various dialects or foreign language will be an asset (English, Mandarin or/and Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia) f. Good telephone etiquette g. Patience and compassionate towards callers h. Must be a team player i. Able to work independently, pleasant and helpful j. Highly organized and efficient with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and result driven environment k. Computer literacy is a must
