**About the Role**:
We’re looking for an experienced **Technical Sales Engineer** with a strong background in **laser micromachining** to expand our market presence in Singapore and the region. This is a unique opportunity to combine **technical expertise and business development** in a niche, high-growth industry.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage new business opportunities in **semiconductors, electronics, and micro-manufacturing**.
- Act as a **technical consultant**, recommending the right laser solutions (UV, fiber, CO₂).
- Build long-term customer partnerships and drive sales strategy.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver **customized solutions**.
- Travel across the region for client visits and industry events.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering, Business, or related field**.
- Minimum **5 years of sales experience** in **laser, semiconductor, or precision manufacturing**.
- Excellent communication skills (Mandarin proficiency preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
- Proven track record in **technical sales, negotiations, and closing deals**.
**Nice-to-Have Skills**:
- Knowledge of **UV lasers, fiber lasers, and CO₂ lasers**.
- Existing network of contacts in **semiconductor and electronics sectors in Singapore/Malaysia**.
