**Job Description & Requirements**
**Operation Management**
- Process Optimization - Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Quality Control - Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Inventory & Supply Chain - Monitor and ensure smooth procurement, logistics, and vendor relations management.Performance Monitoring - Track KPIs to assess operational effectiveness.
**Business Development**
- Market Research - Identify trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
- Sales & Partnerships - Develop new business opportunities, client relationships
- and strategic alliances.
- Revenue Growth Strategies - Work on pricing, promotions and market expansion
- plans.
- Proposal & Presentation - Prepare business proposals, pitches and contracts for
- potential clients.
- Customer Relationship Management - Maintain strong client engagement to driverepeat business.
**Other Areas**:
- Be familiar with the products, solutions and services provided by the company.
- Demonstrate how products, solutions and services work
- Create and process orders and sales in a timely manner via the CRM system
- Coordinate deliveries of products and services and provide after-sales support.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators and tracking tools.Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned by management
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a marketing strategist, marketing role or similar.
- Creative thinker and data-driven.
- Proven track record of securing sales/projects and successful project management in a fast-paced environment.
- Good if has experience of hosting events, physical and virtual, to enhance brand visibility and build trust with customers towards successful sales.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
**Salary**
- Monthly Salary: $3,000 to $4,000
