**Key Responsibilities**
- Be on standby 24-hours for Equipment issues, and fully responsible for the daily smooth running of the Equipment Warewash department
- Liaise with stakeholders such as Technical, Building, Pestpro and Engie teams for overall maintenance and improvement plans involving Warewash/GBU
- Liaise with Airline representatives as well as SATS Airline Relationship Managers (ARMs) on equipment shortages, major changes in loading plans / flight schedule, as well as assist with adhoc tours, trials and assignments
- Participate in monthly Service Level Agreement (SLA) audits with SQ line ops team for outgoing flights
- To liaise with Sats Aero Laundry if there are ongoing/major discrepancies, or changes in requirement
- Ensure service crew in ware wash and GBU are fully deployed, and work together with service provider to maximize output in both areas.
- Review work method and introduce improvements to increase productivity and efficiency to reduce cost
- Ensure fair distribution of workload, and delegate tasks as appropriate
- Respond to QA queries, and prioritized responses to planned/surprise QA/safety audits
- Ensure Equipment area operations and required records (compactor haulage records, thermal test, first aid kit) are in place for/during audits
- Ensure that the cleaning of airline’s equipment meet the stipulated guidelines
- Ensure that Equipment-related CCVRs are investigated and rectified
- Oversee the ELP team and ensure that the ELPs are published in a timely manner.
- Issue instructions to all Equipment staff on matters pertaining to equipment changes
- Ensure the Supervisor submits safety reports, flight delay and accident reports to the Duty Manager and/or Safety Officer
- Supervise and control all staff and contractors in Equipment Section, including enforcing that Liquidated Damages (LD) are recorded and imposed
- Any other duties assigned by the management

Staffing Duties:

- Conduct staff counselling sessions for MC/lateness/disciplinary matters, and issue warning letters where necessary
- Conduct recruitment interviews for incoming staff
- Enforce staff to take their leave during their balloted periods
- Maintain discipline and cooperation among staff

Administrative Duties:

- Check and approve ongoing invoices for around seven contractors every month
- Reply Operational Discrepancy Reports (ODRs) sent by SQ line ops team promptly, with explanations and evidence of rectifications
- Organize and coordinate monthly operational meetings with SQ
- Coordinate with Technical/Building and raise CEAs where necessary
- Conduct and involve in annual budgeting for Equipment section

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experiences
- Good management and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Able to work in a fast pace environment and able to handle stress
