We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented **Customer Service Officer (Night Shift)**to support order processing and warehouse coordination during night operations. The role involves working closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order handling, stock verification, and ERP data updates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle and confirm all night orders from customers and retail partners (via Zolo)
- Print and process picking notes according to standard operating procedures
- Ensure pick notes are properly ticked, signed, and printed before warehouse release
- Use ERP systems (Navision & Zolo) to stage, check, and update picking records
- Consolidate dry stock and assist with placing orders
- Verify physical stock against invoices before release to drivers
- Coordinate drivers’ loading of stock for delivery (home delivery & customer stock)
- Maintain cleanliness and complete domestic tasks before clocking out
- Assist with picking and double-checking stock as needed
- Operate forklift and reach truck (must follow safety SOPs)

**Requirements**:

- Able to speak, read, and write in **English and Chinese**(due to stock identification and system usage)
- Comfortable using **ERP systems**such as **Navision**and **Zolo**:

- Basic computer literacy is required
- Must be **physically fit**and comfortable with hands-on warehouse tasks
- Forklift or reach truck driving experience is a plus

**Timing**:7:30 PM - 4:30 AM

**Location**:Tuas

Free shuttle bus from MRT provided

**Salary**: $2,600 (negotiable)
