**Responsibilities**:
1) Enhance Cross-Selling
Through structured coverage, achieve a higher share of cross-selling to include not only corporate and structured finance but including:

- Underwriting mandates (LCMA)
- Flow banking (GMTAP and TBDAP)
- DCM (with Nikko)
- M&A (with Jefferies)

2) Infra Funds Coverage
- Acting as key senior interface between SMBC and infrastructure sponsors by developing and maintaining senior relationships together with GFIG and ASDV Head of Sponsor Coverage.
- Joint-lead account plan and coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure adequate resources are mobilized toward delivering the sector strategy
- Participate in E&I portfolio review and strategic sector review to set the overall strategy in APAC in the sector including second line.

3) Origination of Strategic Mandates
- Maintain and develop relationship with key financial sponsors, asset managers and private credit specialists in support of the APAC Alt-AM strategy developed by ASDV, specifically but not limited to, the infrastructure sector.
- Contribute to fund raising effort of join companies such as SMDAM by cultivating broader relationship with potential client / LP investors
- Originate jointly with ASDV product team, high value add advisory jointly with Group Companies like Nikko and Jefferies

KPIs
- Generate [X] high profile value add advisory mandates and event driven financing opportunities
- Grow the share of SMBC revenue wallet with Core E&I Clients measured against the FY23 base
- Contribute to growing cross-sell for the Core E&I Clients and more broadly the E&I vertical (measured as share of non-lending revenue) and sector / clients ROE

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or Business
- Masters / CFA preferred
- Minimum 10-15 years of Experience in Investment Banking and Finance
- Experience in Project Finance, Private Equity, Venture Cap, Advisory or Funds Sponsor Finance preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and sponsors
- Exceptional analytical skills in valuation, deal structuring and assessment
- Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for both clients and the bank
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
- High energy and results oriented
- Able to work with tight timelines
