Main Responsibilities Support the Head of Financial Sponsor APAC and FIG Senior Banker in the commercial activities for Key Financial Sponsor and FIG Clients (Banks, SWFs, Asset Managers)Maintain database of clients of including Overview of Active Funds and Key Portfolio Companies (utilising available datasources such as Prequin)List of Key Client Personal and Job Titles Actively track key newsflow including capital raises / new transactions / potential portfolio exits Develop understanding of Financial Sponsor and FIG Client Universe and Natixis' Strategic Plan Understand who our Key Financial Sponsor and FIG Target Clients are Understand the Financial Sponsor/ Asset Manager fund lifecycle from capital raise through to exit and products which Natixis can offer including M&A, ASF, Fund Financing etc. Prepare briefing memos on clients Support client onboarding and preparation of key transaction and related documentation Liaise with clients and internal KYC team for client onboarding and KYC reviews Support preparation of Bizcom and Credit Committee memos for transactions, including performing financial analysis on clients, sector analysis etc. Undertake desktop research for client pitchbooks Update Nat 1, ODEON and other internal databases as required following client meetings Keep Financial Sponsor Bi-Weekly deal tracker up to date Required Skills Bachelor degree with general investment banking awareness Self-motivated, good team player, focused, ability to take responsibility and work independently Strong business acumen with good sense of deal closing Ability to perform analysis using information from clients' financial statements Ability to learn and use market databases Ability to work in excel and powerpoint to analyze and present ideas Fluent in English and Mandarin Excellent oral and written communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
