We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Growth Lead to drive the expansion of Linkko. As the first platform capable of token-gating any webpages with a few clicks, Linkko is revolutionizing access management in the crypto and NFT communities. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in identifying and engaging with these communities, fostering relationships, and driving adoption for Linkko.

Tasks
- Identify NFT and crypto communities: Conduct research and analysis to identify relevant communities within the NFT and crypto space, including platforms, forums, social media groups, and influencers.
- Onboard new communities: Develop and execute strategies to onboard new communities onto the Linkko platform, leveraging your network and outreach skills to engage with community leaders and stakeholders.
- Maintain communication with existing communities: Establish and maintain regular communication channels with existing communities, ensuring their needs are met, gathering feedback, and providing updates on new features and improvements.
- Collaborate with web 3 agencies: Build relationships with web 3 agencies and service providers to expand the distribution of Linkko, exploring partnership opportunities and collaborative initiatives.
- Develop community onboarding strategies: Continuously analyze the market and industry trends to devise innovative strategies for effectively onboarding new communities into the Linkko ecosystem, taking into consideration user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record: Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a focus on community growth, business development, or partnerships within the crypto, NFT, or web 3 space.
- Deep understanding of NFT and crypto communities: Familiarity with the dynamics, trends, and key players within the NFT and crypto communities, including an understanding of the various platforms and ecosystems.
- Strong network and relationship-building skills: A robust network of contacts within the NFT and crypto space, including community leaders, influencers, and web 3 agencies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to effectively communicate Linkko's value proposition, engage with stakeholders, and present complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
