**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SAP RE/FX Implementation**:

- Manage the full lifecycle of SAP RE/FX module implementation, from gathering requirements and design to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Configure and customize SAP RE/FX to meet specific business requirements, including lease management, contract management, and accounting integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP FI and other related modules.
- **Support and Maintenance**:

- Provide ongoing support for SAP RE/FX, addressing user issues, troubleshooting, and resolving system errors.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for reported issues and recommend permanent solutions.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand real estate processes and recommend process improvements leveraging SAP RE/FX functionalities.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and documentation for end-users and team members.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Stay updated with the latest SAP RE/FX features and SAP roadmap to implement innovative solutions.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources for SAP RE/FX projects.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, deliverables, and quality assurance.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum **7 years**of professional experience in SAP, including **SAP FI**and **SAP RE/FX**modules.
- Strong IFRS 16 knowledge/Experience
- Strong expertise in RE/FX functionalities such as lease management, contract handling, and integration with SAP FI for accounting purposes.
- ABAP Experienced
- **Technical Skills**:

- Deep understanding of SAP RE/FX configuration, business processes, and integration points with other SAP modules (FI, CO, PM, etc.).
- Proficient in troubleshooting and performance optimization within SAP RE/FX and FI.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
