Our client is a rapidly growing technology services company with a strong presence across Asia. As part of their next phase of growth, they are strengthening their business operations and leadership support in Singapore. This newly created role will provide strategic business insights and performance tracking directly to the CEO.

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **high-energy, analytically strong individual**to join as a **Revenue & Business Operations Executive**. This role reports directly to the CEO and is ideal for someone with 5-7 years of experience who thrives at the intersection of data, business insight, and operational execution.

If you enjoy translating numbers into stories, spotting trends, and enabling leadership decision-making — this role will give you both visibility and impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze **revenue, bookings, customer orders, and pricing trends**:

- Surface data-driven insights and highlight red flags in performance for corrective action
- Collaborate with the sales team to build dashboards and track progress against revenue goals
- Support the CEO with business reporting, forecasting, and key executive briefings
- Create and manage models to track order flow, customer trends, and pricing effectivenessEnsure consistency, accuracy, and visibility of business performance data

**Who You Are**:

- **5-7 years of experience**in business operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial strategy
- Highly proficient in **Excel/Google Sheets**(dashboards, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Experience in a **tech, SaaS, or IT services environment**preferred
- Based in Singapore — **Singapore citizens/PRs preferred**(no visa sponsorship)
- A proactive self-starter with strong analytical acumen and attention to detailComfortable working directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
