**Position: Customer Service Officer (Healthcare)** **Salary**:$2,200 - $2,800 + AWS + Variable Bonus** **Location: Across Singapore** **Working Hours / Days: 8.30AM - 5.30PM (Mon - Fri), 08.30AM - 12.30PM (Alt Sat)** Our Public Healthcare Client located (near MRT) is inviting individuals who enjoys customer service to join their healthcare family as a Patient Service Associate. **Responsibilities**: - Provide frontline services and general administrative duties of the clinic or centre. - Maintain overall décor and cleanliness at the clinic, front counter and reception area. - Attend to patients at counters for registration and payment and appointment line. - Provide financial counselling where necessary. - Trace case notes for walk-in cases, billing and charges. - Account for handover and closing of counter payments. - Attend to clinic complaints and escalate to higher management when needed.Assist doctors with patient’s medical reviews in the consultation rooms. **Requirements**: - Possess GCE "N" Level, GCE "O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma. - Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences in customer service and customer handling preferred. - Open to work overtime and deployment during pandemic. **Alyson Ong** **Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd** **Registration No: R22107466** **License No: 12C6253
