Job Responsibilities- Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of designers and content creators to develop cutting-edge video content, advertisements, and merchandise presentations.- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with creativity and event teams to ensure seamless integration of visual content across all products and events.- Brand Consistency: Oversee the design and production of branded digital & physical merchandise, ensuring all content aligns with our brand's vision and standards.- Technical Excellence: Utilize advanced skills in graphic design, 3D modeling, and animations to produce AAA quality commercial content.- Storyboarding & Editing: Develop detailed storyboards and oversee video editing processes to ensure high-quality output.- Trend Analysis: Conduct ongoing research on emerging media techniques, including AI technology, to keep our content at the forefront of industry trends.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification- Bachelor or master degree in graphic design, Video Production, Animation, or a related field.- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).- Working knowledge in 3D design and animation software (e.g., Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine).

Experience- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in graphic design, 3D modeling, animations, and video production.- Proven leadership experience in managing creative teams and projects.- Demonstrated success in creating high-quality commercial content for advertisements and merchandise presentations.- Portfolio showcasing work in video, 3D, and animation formats.- Working knowledge of publishing unified digital content through industry-leading Content Management Systems.

Other Prerequisites- Design Mastery: Exceptional understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.- Communication Pro: Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure error-free content.- Innovative Thinker: Ability to continuously research and implement trending media techniques, including AI technology.- Versatile Performer: Flexibility to perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
