Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all stages of the production process, overseeing all elements from conception to completion.
  • Commission and delegate productions to appointed or internal production teams for execution.
  • Supervise production schedules and managing timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Oversee the editing process, ensuring high-quality and polished video content.
  • Craft visually compelling and persuasive creative treatments for pitches and proposals.
  • Research and curate references to communicate visual and conceptual direction.
  • Collaborate with directors and creative leads to refine and present ideas effectively to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with directors, editors, animators, and sound designers to achieve the desired aesthetic and tone and to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Ensure that storyboards effectively communicate shot composition, pacing, and transitions.
  • Manage colour grading, sound design, and visual effects workflows to align with project objectives.
  • Develop clear and detailed briefs to visualize creative concepts and narratives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to ensure the best possible production practices.
  • Able to think quickly on your feet, a keen learner and able to set the tone of a professional and positive production.
  • Protect and enhance the Marina Bay Sands (and all properties under Las Vegas Sands) brand.
  • Ensure proper records of Photography & Video Request Forms, Talent Release Forms & Talent Portfolios.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in film, media, design, or related

Experience

  • 7+ years in experience in agency, production houses or related industry

Other Prerequisites

  • A positive negotiator that looks for a win-win outcome.
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Focused, organized and meticulous.
  • Editorial judgement, good presentation and pitching skills, and able to manage creative abilities of teams.
  • Able to multi-task and handle different projects simultaneously.
  • Curious, effective, independent and resourceful
