Tim Hortons Singapore is part of MGCA Cafe, the master franchisee of Tim Hortons in key markets within Southeast Asia (SEA).

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the IT infrastructure of our retail chain of cafes, ensuring its smooth operation and continuous improvement.
- Lead the network roll-out, including planning, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure across retail locations.
- Manage various hardware equipment, including point-of-sale systems, security cameras, and other technology devices.
- Manage IT operations for the retailer and ensure SLAs with all service providers along with hardware
- Update new items on the POS, creating new vouchers/offers on the POS, CRM & Loyalty system, etc
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT needs, ensuring efficient operations and seamless integration of technology.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues, resolving them in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in the retail industry, making recommendations for system enhancements and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, implementing necessary measures to protect sensitive information.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

**Role Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Additional certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager, preferably in a retail environment or start-up setting.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure management, network roll-out, and hardware equipment management.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and change in role as the business grows.
- Ability to adapt to an agile and flexible work environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
