**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent will be supporting the Logistics team including the following:

- Coordinate with our Factory, Suppliers, Forwarders, Customer Service Officers/Sales/Field Engineers to ensure timely deliveries to meet customers’ requirements
- Execute Import & Export Operation which includes:

- License/Permit Application
- Conduct compliance check against daily Import/Export
- Global Trade Management (GTM System) Operation
- Strategic Control Parts & Dangerous Goods Management
- Forwarders Management include Freight, Transport, Crating/Uncrating & Movers Coordination
- Create and update SOP
- Maintain an effective filing system of documentation
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Logistics or its equivalent with 3 years of related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
- Knowledge/experience in Logistic Compliance such as Strategic Goods Control (SGCA), HS Code and Dangerous Goods (IATA DGR) will be an added advantage
- Oracle or SAP system experience will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills
- A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
- A highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision
- Required to be on Monthly Rotating Weekend & Public Holiday Standby

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Logistics: 3 years (preferred)
