Category: - Transportation & Logistics - Industry: - Automotive - Location: - Shenton Way, Singapore - Singapore, South East - Education: - Diploma - Country: - Singapore - Salary Range: - 4000-4500 - Experience(Min): - 3-4years - Job Type: - Full Time Permanent- Requirement: - Experience in Logistic/Supply Chain - Good analytical + data skills (Excel/Power BI/ pivot + vlookup) - Good understanding on planning and execution demand order based on considerations and limitations of suppliers (available POLs/ approved packer list/ port-pair considerations) - Responsibilities: **MISSION**: - Issue shipping instructions (S/I) on a timely basis to suppliers, shipping lines and third party logistics provider - Ensure compliance of rubber inspection requirements **KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS**: - Treatment and follow up of orders - Customers' requirements (rubber grade. packaging type, container type, POD, arrival target, etc.) have been fulfilled - Lead time is in line with the engagements - Manage complaints - Export permit creation - Monitor stock level of "Low Melt Bags" **MAIN ACTIVITIES**: - Issue Shipping Instructions(S/I) timely and accurately in accordance to customer's requirements (rubber grade, packaging type, container type, POD, arrival target, etc.) - Monitor, follow up and support On Time Deliveries (OTD) from suppliers - Coordinate with suppliers and shipping lines to achieve On Time Deliveries - Manage supplier's contract to be consumed via FIFO - Organize transportation needs accordingly - Correctly and timely updates of shipment information - Coordinate with concerned parties for containers that require inspection - Declare import/export customs formality timely and accurately
