About the Role As a Relationship Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team managing and growing a portfolio of NBFI and FI clients. This includes insurance companies, securities firms, brokerages, asset managers, and other institutional investors. You’ll play a pivotal role in building strategic client partnerships, originating financing and trade solutions, and delivering the bank’s full suite of products . Key Responsibilities Lead NBFI Coverage: Deepen existing relationships and acquire new NBFI clients, leveraging the bank’s regional network and capabilities. Origination & Structuring: Drive deal origination across credit, loans, trade finance, and sustainable financing opportunities. Structure and negotiate facilities from term sheets through approvals and execution. Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with Head Office, overseas branches, and local teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients. Product Cross-Sell: Promote the bank’s offerings including deposits, treasury, DCM, and syndication facilities. Risk & Compliance: Ensure transactions meet MAS/FSC regulatory standards and internal KYC/AML/CDD requirements. Strategic Growth: Identify and capture new opportunities within the NBFI sector to grow the franchise. Requirements At least 8 years’ experience in front-line corporate banking, with proven FI/NBFI coverage. Strong knowledge of banking products (lending, trade, treasury, capital markets). Track record of managing institutional clients and executing complex transactions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
