Executive Director (Quant/Hedge Funds)Your new company This Executive Director/Representative/CTO is primarily a representative and oversight role, fulfilling the regulatory and governance requirements. Your new role Serve as a licenced Representative under the AI / LFMC Licence. Act as one of the points of contact for MAS, ensuring effective communication, timely submissions, and compliance with all regulatory mandates. Supervise corporate governance, ensuring that all policies, documentation, and controls align with regulatory standards. Support the implementation and maintenance of internal compliance frameworks and risk management processes. Offer expert guidance on local operational issues, including administrative, legal, and technology-related matters. What you'll need to succeed Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, Law, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantitative fund or hedge fund investment modelling. At least 2 years of managerial experience Must meet the Fit and Proper criteria as set out by MAS Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and quantitative strategies. Familiarity with MAS regulations, particularly under the Securities and Futures Act (SFA).
