**About Our Client**:
Our client is a global leader in automated material handling systems.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, Asia-Pacific, your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Establish and achieve business objectives aligned with the company's strategic plan and goals
- Drive the development of the management team through goal setting and accountability
- Provide effective leadership to establish an organizational structure and strategy that best supports performance goals
- Lead the attainment of Company goals in quality, cost, schedule, compliance, and safety
- Develop market-focused marketing strategies, budget plans, sales models, and management frameworks
- Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects as needed or directed in support of corporate strategic plan

**The Successful Applicant**:

- MSc or BSc in Business, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record in Automation / Robotic industry or Automotive industry
- Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership positions within MNCs
- Ability to manage P&L with strong financial acumen
- Effective leader with ability to work in a matrix organization
- Above and beyond, high integrity and passion for revenue and business growth
