Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: Jurong Port, Singapore

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team at Toll Logistics. The role requires strong administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain accurate data in Microsoft Excel or Word

  • Support daily logistics and administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Liaise with colleagues to assist administrative work.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in logistics preferred.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft is an advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy in documentation.

  • Able to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.
