Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Handle customer inquiries, service requests, order processing, invoice preparation, and customer service efficiently.
  • Shipping & Documentation: Manage import/export procedures and prepare a full set of shipping documents.
  • Logistics Coordination: Serve as the key contact for daily logistics support.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with inventory planning.
  • Delivery Coordination: Plan and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee shipments, including container and courier handling.
  • Handling Requirements: Adhere to height, weight, and special handling guidelines, including wrapping, labeling, stacking, and moving with physical support.
  • Logistics Communication: Liaise with logistics service providers for delivery and stock transfers.
  • Regional Coordination: Communicate with headquarters in Europe and colleagues in Southeast Asia.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Shipping, Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline
  • At least 2 years working experience in handling full set shipping documents
  • Good knowledge to all shipping terms
  • Proficient in PC skills including MS Word and Excel, dealing with an ERP system
  • With forklift license
