HS Group is seeking a skilled and organised Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in the Jurong East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for optimising our Transport operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of eCommerce Goods for our clients. This is a crucial position that directly impacts the success of our transportation and logistics business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the scheduling and routing of our fleet of 20 vehicles to meet customer delivery requirements daily
  2. Liaise with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
  3. Provide good customer service to Chinese Freight Forwarder and local receipents
  4. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to support business decision-making
  5. Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure vehicles are scheduled for maintenance and servicing
  6. Provide full support to the Sales and Customer Service Team for daily delivery matters

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a fleet management or logistics planning role
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify optimisation opportunities
  3. Excellent communication (in Mandarin and English) and stakeholder management skills
  4. Proficient in using fleet management software and Microsoft
